You can take your room from 15:00 and should vacate it by 11:00. With a day of warning we can often stretch either end.

Eighteen and over. The door host asks each person for a passport, ID card or driving licence, whether or not they are staying here.

Yes. Guests from outside are welcome from 18 with ID. Hotel guests pay no entry and have a welcome drink waiting.

Smart casual. Beachwear and bare feet are fine on the promenade, but not on the casino floor.

Yes. Tell any host or the duty manager; we record the limit or exclusion in private and it works from that moment.

Breakfast is laid out from 07:00 to 10:30 and most rates include it. The confirmation email tells you which rate is yours.

Yes, the rooftop sauna is free for hotel guests. Towels are in your room and there is no need to book a slot.

Take the train to Lübeck, then the regional line to Travemünde Strand; the station is a five-minute walk. We can collect you from Lübeck station for €45.

The garage under the hotel costs €15 per night. The promenade has no parking of its own, so please reserve a space with your room.
